US Afghan Consulting & Construction

USACC is an international consulting and construction firm that facilitates governmental and private sector efforts in Afghanistan. USACC is an Afghan based company with offices in both Afghanistan and the U.S. The goal of USACC is to help promote reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in Afghanistan with its experience, associations and partnerships in both Afghanistan and the U.S

USACC has merged the Afghan Planning Agency (APA) into its organization. APA was a non-governmental organization with a distinguished history in Afghanistan since its inception in 1990 by the president of USACC, Sardar Roshan. APA has worked for international groups including the World Food Program, United Nations Development Fund and the Afghan government.

USACC’s participants have operated or are operating in the following provinces in Afghanistan: Wardak, Logar, Parwan, Laghman, Kunar, Kapisa, Kabul, Ghazni, Paktia, Paktika, Nangrahar, Farah, Helmand, Kandahar, Uruzgan and Zabul. A sample of projects include the following: Small irrigation schemes, local road and bridge construction, school and hospital facility construction, local and provincial government buildings, quick impact projects for returning refuges including provision of emergency shelters and agricultural services.
